About Chef/Owner
Rowell Javier
Chef Rowell Javier has been rolling sushi along the Gulf Coast since December of 2009. Throughout his journey in the food industry, he has had to overcome many set backs in his culinary career; in addition to the worldwide pandemic, other set backs include loss of business during the devastating BP oil spill in 2010 and also setting his culinary career aside to serve his country in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2012-2013 as a part of a Route Clearance Package. Upon his return from Qalat, Afghanistan, Rowell wanted to take his culinary experience to the next level. So he then began to teach and trade skills with other chefs from different cooking backgrounds to enhance, influence, and infuse his cooking style with other styles of food from around the world. He has held several head sushi chef positions at many respected Japanese restaurants and In the future, Rowell hopes to modernize asian cuisine along the Gulf Coast.

Our philosophy is to give back to the community by helping feed the homeless and support the creativity of residents within the local community. Our vision is not only to become a widely known specialized service along the Gulf Coast, but also to help local chefs/entrepreneurs build and grow their own business.
